I have it in my garden and wonder each time I pass by how I could use the lovely little star like pods. Maybe in a brown and white arrangement? Such a waste not to use it.
Mine died in the unusual "accident" that took out a crepe myrtle tree, a cape jasmine and the clematis. Invasive all three. Me thinks something stinks.
i love both! we call this: http://www.picable.com/Places/Parks/Lots-of-Old-Mans-Beard.592823 old man's beard where I come from. I have used Clematis seed pods in several arrangements & love it.
They didn't like it-I love it! Marvelous Miss P.

ReplyDeleteBut it's not the lion Lottie.

I see what you were going to do with Mr Beard's face now Miss P....this is much prettier. I think the lion's mane is rather brilliant.
